Caitlin brings over a decade of experience in education, leadership, and student support to her role as Camp Director. She holds a Master’s in Science Education from the University of Southern Maine and a B.A. in Communication from St. Lawrence University. Caitlin has served as a teacher, leadership team member, and assessment coordinator in Portland Schools, where she’s known for her collaborative style, equity-focused mindset, and student-centered approach. Her past work includes leading STEM programs, organizing professional development, and building strong family and community partnerships. Caitlin is passionate about creating inclusive, engaging, and safe environments where all campers can thrive.
